It is my pleasure to announce that effective August 1, 2011, J. Banicki Construction, Inc. has been acquired by Houston-based Sterling Construction Company. Sterling Construction Company is a leading heavy civil construction company that specializes in the construction of highways, bridges, underground, light and commuter rail, concrete and asphalt productions. J Banicki Construction, Inc. will retain its current name.
This is truly a merger of like-minded organizations that will bring even greater strength, diversification and opportunities to the company. Results of our combined strengths, attributes and expertise will directly benefit you, our client, through increased resources to meet your construction needs.
The most important message to our valued clients and associates is that the management and service team at J. Banicki Construction will not change. You will continue to work with the same people and can expect the same high-quality standards that our history has established.
