Safety is a top priority. Banicki maintains a zero tolerance for compromising safety and manage our project site to enforce and support that attitude. Banicki has an excellent Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) of 0.83. Our Safety Manager oversees regular monitoring by Banicki Supervisory Staff and random inspection of the work environment by our quality control personnel results in the identification and elimination of potential hazards and assures full regulatory compliance. We ensure our field supervisors are OSHA compliant Competent Persons, with key Confined Space, Trench Safety, OSHA 10 hour and other relevant training.
