DESCRIPTION

This project involved the construction of a two-mile, 10-foot-wide multi-use pathway along a canal bank, designed to improve pedestrian and bicycle access for surrounding neighborhoods. Banicki’s scope included the installation of fencing, gates, lighting, and five rest area nodes, along with landscaping and irrigation improvements. The project also introduced dedicated recreation and exercise zones, enhancing the pathway’s role as both a transportation corridor and community amenity.
