DESCRIPTION

This project involved the construction of a 1.8-mile, 10-foot-wide asphalt multi-use pathway along Loop 202, extending from Elliot Road to Hawes Road. The work required close coordination with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and incorporated a broad range of transportation improvements. Key elements included fine grading, asphalt paving, new traffic signals at Warner Road, and thermoplastic crosswalks. Additional scope included concrete flatwork, ADA ramp construction, brick paver hardscape, and architectural landscaping with supporting irrigation. Solar-powered lighting was installed along the pathway to enhance safety and sustainability. The project successfully blended infrastructure upgrades with aesthetic enhancements to deliver a functional and visually appealing corridor.
