This expedited mill and overlay Job Order successfully rehabilitated three distinct roadways in Sedona. The project scope entailed various components, including 15,990 SY of variable depth milling, the application of 2,075 tons of new asphalt, installation of 10,273 LF of MAG 201 Type A thickened asphalt edge, subgrade preparation, water and sewer adjustments, manhole adjustments, pavement marking symbols and striping, and the incorporation of Sedona red-colored sidewalks. Overseeing the coordination of eight subcontractors and suppliers, this project was executed concurrently with seven other Job Orders spanning across Arizona.

Banicki, responsible for both preconstruction and construction services, took a proactive approach to public outreach. This involved personal engagement with residents and businesses, including door-to-door briefings on the project’s nature. Additionally, Banicki’s project team designed custom door hangers containing essential project information, such as scheduling, contacts, and project benefits, to ensure effective communication with the community.
