This project involved the construction of an emergency access road for Runway 7R / 25L at PSHIA. All work was performed at night in an active airport operations movement area. Banicki expedited a GMP well below the established budget, designed the structural pavement section, performed all the operational planning, and constructed this Runway 7R / 25L Emergency Access Road Project all in less than three weeks of being notified by COP Aviation.
