This project consisted of 3,000 SY of full depth asphalt replacement on the North Service Road at PSHIA’s Terminal 3. Banicki milled the existing asphalt, removed and replaced any unsuitable soil, hauled in and placed / compacted P-219, and paved two lifts of 3” – ¾ MAG EVAC Gyratory Asphalt. This project was on a critical timeline to complete prior to the opening of the T3 North Concourse. Banicki worked dual shifts 7 days a week to successfully deliver this project ahead of schedule prior to the concourse opening.
